Perfect service! George, the driver, arrived early and let me know that he was waiting for me. He was very kind and we had a pleasant conversation that started my day off nicely. The car was spacious and comfortable. I needed to leave to the airport at 4:30 am and was scrambling the night before to find a way to get there. I tried to schedule a lyft but didn't get a driver confirmed for several hours and was getting anxious so I decided to go with this car service for peace of mind. Although it was a little pricier than the lyft would've been, the reliability was worth it. They promptly gave me a quote when I requested one, comparable if not cheaper than other car services, and that was exactly what they charged me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a solid car service - especially for those early morning flights where you need dependability.
Seattle Black Eagle Town Car was super easy to book a reservation with. They made it a breeze to book our ride even though we had 10 people (4 were kids and they provided a car seat at a minimal charge). Driver was super nice and helped us load in the bags and got us to the airport quickly. The Sprinter van was perfect for the 10 of us and would have fit all of our luggage if we didn't check it on the ship. Would totally recommend Black Eagle Car Service (in fact I already did!) to anyone looking for a really reasonable rate from the cruise terminal to SEA-TAC or any other car service needed! We needed transportation from Pier 66 to our home in West Seattle for 6 people and a LOT of luggage. I contacted several providers in the weeks previous and engaged Black Eagle Car Service, not because they were reliable but because their communications were the most professional and responsive. I made the reservation time based on vague guidance offered by the cruise line and, after talking with Victor on the phone felt secure in the knowledge that we would be taken care of and that they were familiar with the chaos of a cruise debarkation. On the day of our arrival I phoned Black Eagle Car Service to let them know that, due to an issue of our own making, we wouldn't be ready until an hour and a half after our reservation. They were quite accommodating, making the change without complaint. I later called to say we were waiting at the curb MUCH earlier than what I'd estimated. Unfortunately, WE were jerking THEM around. Victor politely let me know that he could accommodate our reported late arrival but didn't have a vehicle and driver right then. He offered a van that was due to arrive in about an hour and then startled me by offering to cancel the whole thing without charge if we wanted to make other arrangements. I felt this was very generous on his part as none of the trouble was their doing. I will look to Black Eagle Car Service without question next time I need similar transportation.
These guys are the BEST. First when I called to book their service. It was flawless. They knew exactly what they were doing. I could understand them on the phone too. Very professional and friendly and I was left with the feeling they knew exactly what I needed along with when and where. Second, their drivers are the best! They arrived on time. The cars were clean. They were professional yet friendly and welcoming. They did not tailgate or speed. They did not make you grip the seat. I'm usually terrified of riding with others but they did not scare me at all, even in heavy traffic. I had to have several rides to and from the airport to Hotel than to cruise terminal and back. Our drivers were Camo (spelling might be off) and AJ. Both these guys are great. We were offered bottled water and they handled all the luggage with ease and were careful with it. AJ also advised us on how to use curbside check in at the airport and saved us a lot of hassle with a lot of luggage. They helped make our vacation memorable and pleasant. I searched for car services and spoke to many on the phone. When we first arrived we had already booked our first ride with a different company thru Expedia. I only wish that was with Black Eagle Car Service as well. However, it taught me all services aren't equal. When we return we will use these guys again. Book them with confidence. They'll be there.
YES, another 5 stars for this company! We generally use a car service for travel to and from the airport, and we've had several 'less than stellar' experiences in the past. I came across the 5 star reviews for Black Eagle Car Service prior to our most recent vacation. Everything you read on the previous reviews is true. Highlights: * Our driver arrived 10 minutes early for pick up * He was professional, really friendly, and very helpful with ALL of the luggage * The vehicle was spotless, and no cigarette smell * For the return home, our driver was at the airport pickup curb 3 minutes after we picked up our bags Final word: * I highly recommend them for those of you who like small companies, personal attention to detail and timely, professional drivers * Top notch customer service from the first phone call to the final pick up!
What have I been doing all my life? Driving to the airport, fighting to find a spot, and then paying exorbitant rates per day for my car to be subjected to others in the airport lot? NEVER AGAIN! Black Eagle Car Service deserves all 5 stars of my love and appreciation for making my Thanksgiving weekend trip a stress-free experience. They accommodated my last-minute booking and even a slight tweak in pick-up time. Our driver was prompt and helped us with our bags. We arrived at the airport quickly and without incident. 🙂 Our driver was super pleasant and make us very comfortable the entire way. Our return flight was a little delayed but our driver was very good at communicating with us on his location and where we would be able to meet him after we got our baggage. What a great experience! I will always use Black Eagle Car Service from this day forward! Thank you!
Excellent ride today. Vick was on time in his clean, black suburban and was ready to go. We disembarked from our cruise ship (Ovation of the Seas/Pier 91) headed fir Sea-tax Airport. Vick was ready and waiting for us. Vick knew our name and we easily connected right away. He loaded our luggage into the back of the vehicle and opened the doors for us. Wow! Great service. Conversation was friendly and positive. We learned a little about each other along the way. (I enjoy meeting people.) Thank you Vick and Black Eagle Car Service for a fantastic seamless experience. Worth the price paid!!
Could not ask for better service. Driver was on time at exact airport location. Professional and polite. Delivered us to cruise ship without delay. We told him when we would return from the cruise. He was there as promised without complication or confusion. Loved the service. Price was great.
Fantastic service to and from the cruise terminal for our group of 10. They are extremely responsive by email which made for easier booking via the cruise ship WiFi. Also they answered phones promptly and shared driver info which made connecting at the busy port easier. Drivers were courteous and professional and helped extensively with luggage. Kudos!
